His communication throughout was excellent - he took the time to meet with us, show us the burial site, and explain the process clearly and patiently. He talked us through different options, answered all our questions, and helped us decide what would work best for our family. Leaflets given explaining the different things that happen that we could read through at home were also very helpful. He even followed up by sending a video of the grave once it was ready on the day so we knew what to expect. Khalid was very understanding of our requests, including arranging a private viewing for close family. At the burial, everything ran smoothly, and he and the team were very attentive making sure space was created for our family, especially so female family members could come forward when needed. There is a prayer room on site, a small cafe available for refreshments, and plenty of parking. We appreciated the peaceful grounds, with scenic trees and woodland surrounding the area, and the site itself is very well maintained. We are sincerely grateful to the entire team for their compassion, professionalism, and support. At the entrance I was greeted well by a posh English lady who rang a Cairo lad in their offices as we were looking for more Muslim Sunni beds before , he showed around the graves including the babes who will enter the highest rank in heaven. Dated very recently, in Sharia abortion isn’t favourite by the King of Britain however it’s important to keep babies alive. Both of my grandparents are buried in Eternal Gardens and I couldn’t ask for a better place for them to be buried locally. The level of attention and care that is given to the maintenance of the graves, the friendly nature of the staff and the overall atmosphere is excellent. I would like to give a special thanks to Sayful Bhai for his generosity and service to the community. May Allah reward and bless the staff that run Eternal Gardens.
Burying a loved one is a stressful and overwhelming experience, it’s something that no one ever enjoys doing. Thankfully, all the staff at Eternal Gardens are very respectful and are willing to help out in whatever way possible to make the burial as smooth as possible. I have also been very impressed with the love that they show to the deceased months after the burial has taken place; the team maintain the graves so that they are in a presentable state.
This graveyard is second to none with the high standards, the staff maintain in both keeping the garden maintained and tidy but ensuring the visitors can be supported in a manner which is following Islam. Even if you are non-Muslim, at no stage do you feel like an outsider. There is a serenity and peace to this place and hopefully more land can be provided for an increased Muslim population. The graveyard staff are incredibly kind, I personally have had family and friends laid to rest in this most peaceful of locations and it is a wonderful final resting place which is helped by the standards maintained in the garden.
Alhamdulillah the brothers working there are so patient and gentle and kind, Mashallah, especially brother Khalid who was fantastic, he really made this difficult time for my family much easier, may Allah SWT reward him. He helped us choose the best graves in the best location and his patience and expertise were a great help.
Wonderfully professional and polite service, especially when a family is stressed with grief and needs empathy to get the funeral completed in a dignified way. We appreciate the way everything was very organised and accommodating to our needs. Thank you for everything.

The graves at Eternal Gardens are beautifully maintained and cared for by the staff and the area is always kept immaculate making it very peaceful and comfortable when visiting our Father. Imran has been a huge help in making the process of his passing manageable for our family, and has shown nothing but compassion, respect and attention with the graves as well as our family. We are extremely grateful to have our father buried in such a peaceful and beautiful environment with good people and we know he would be elated with the choice of resting place Alhamdulillah.
Eternal Gardens is a very peaceful, serene cemetery. I have attended burials there before but this time it was for my beloved Father. The booking was very easy and Eternal Gardens had a plot ready the next day. The Brothers working there are very supportive and took over everything. We are very grateful to them all. I have had personal experience of meeting Brother Sayful who is a wonderful and caring Brother, working very hard in the cemetery.
