TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 These Promotional Terms and Conditions are supplementary to our standard
Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and General Park Regulations which

1.2 From time to time the GreenAcres Group will run promotions, which are valid for
the period of the promotion only and offer special prices on specific goods and
services only. These may vary by location and be specific to each GreenAcres
Park.
1.3 Only one promotion can be used per purchase. A promotion may not be used in
combination with other offers or used for goods or services already purchased
from the GreenAcres Group.
1.4 The pre-planning special offer must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be
applied retrospectively. The offer is restricted to one purchase per person,
paying with the 10-month interest free instalment plan only.
1.5 The Summer 2024 promotion is applicable to pre-plan plot purchases only made
with the interest-free instalment plan. The buyer (the consumer) will pay nine of
the 10-month instalments and the business (GreenAcres) will pay the final
month. The first month is 20% of the full price.
For the avoidance of doubt, no burial rights will commence in relation to a burial
plot until the amount payable for that plot has been received in full.
1.6 The Summer 2024 discount offer will run 21 June 2024 to 31 August 2024. All
instalment plans must be fully set up with direct debit in place by 17.00 on 31
August 2024 to qualify.
We reserve the right to end this offer at any time.
1.7 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation
or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take
advantage of a promotion for any reason.
1.8 Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the
terms of the promotional price and in accordance with GreenAcres Group usual
terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
