Travelling by Car
Located directly on the A20 Sidcup Bypass towards London, just off the M25 at Junction 3 following signs for A20 Lewisham/London. The Park is one mile past Frognal Corner (Queen Mary’s Hospital), just beyond the Health Club, with a clearly signposted private entrance on the A20.
We offer ample parking for cars, coaches, bikes, and motorcycles, including dedicated disabled spaces near the buildings, with accessible facilities throughout the Park.
Travelling by Train
South Eastern trains run from London Bridge, Charing Cross, and Victoria to nearby stations including New Eltham, Sidcup, Bromley North, and Orpington. From these stations, local buses including the 160, 229, 269, 286, and B14 provide access to the Park, with journey times of approximately 20–30 minutes. Taxis are also available near all stations, with travel times to the Park ranging from 10–20 minutes depending on traffic.
Travelling by Bus
From New Eltham, take the 160 towards Sidcup;
From Sidcup, take the 160, 229, 269, or 286;
From Bexleyheath, take the 269 towards Bromley North;
From Orpington or Bromley North, take the B14 or 269. Exit at Queen Mary’s Hospital, follow signs to the A20 Sidcup Bypass, use the underpass towards Canary Wharf, then follow the footpath past the Health Club — the Park is on the left, 250 yards beyond.
